Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Counsel students and parents about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career options. Understand the student’s requirements and guide them to suitable programs or institutions. Admissions Management: Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment. Assist with application forms, documentation, entrance test details, and fee structures. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins. Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status. Provide regular reports on lead conversion and admission status. Collaboration: Coordinate with academic departments, finance teams, and faculty as needed. Work closely with marketing teams on outreach campaigns and student recruitment drives.
