Admissions Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and convert leads for versatile upGrad programs in collaboration with renowned universities/institutes such as IIITB, NIMMS, IMT Ghaziabad, Deakin Business School, IITM Liverpool Business School, and MICA.
Provide in-depth information to prospective learners through phone, email, chat, and social media counseling.
Identify referrals through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Update details pertaining to lead discussions and conversions in real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software.
Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management practices.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and number of enrollments.
Handle objections and engage in price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
Maintain effective communication with prospects until they are onboarded.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an education-related field.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
