Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students about various online and distance learning programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate university options.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential leads.
Provide details regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain proper documentation, lead records, and conversion data.
Support students throughout the admission and enrollment process.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in counselling, telesales, or education support roles.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing abilities and a student-centric approach.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Experience in EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.
