Job Description

Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2-7 yrs

Qualification: Any Graduation

Position Overview

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through academic offerings with the universities and admission process. Your role is critical in helping students make informed decisions and ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalized counselling sessions to explain offered programs for the universities, eligibility criteria, and career pathways. Conduct Outreach activities.
Manage the complete admission cycle: application processing, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
Convert enquiries from walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms into successful admissions.
Stay updated on Course offerings with the partner Universities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Represent University at education fairs, webinars, and promotional events to build brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with 2+ years of experience in academic counselling or admissions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet enrolment targets.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead management.
