As an Office Administrator, your role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This includes managing correspondence, maintaining physical and digital filing systems, and coordinating office supplies. You will support various departments with their administrative needs, facilitating smooth inter-departmental communication and workflow. In the realm of Housekeeping and Pantry Management, you will oversee and manage housekeeping and pantry staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and timely supply of refreshments and other materials. Regular inspections of office premises, common areas, and pantry will be necessary to ensure upkeep. Your responsibilities in Cab Coordination encompass managing all transportation needs associated with the office location. This includes coordinating and scheduling cab services for staff, facilitating transportation for field teams, and arranging outstation cab services for business travel or extended trips. Your objective is to ensure efficient, reliable, and timely cab availability for all designated requirements, optimizing routes and managing vendor relationships to secure competitive rates and high service standards. Vendor & Staff Management is another crucial aspect of your role. You will support vendor lifecycle management, identify vendors for various needs like stationery, transportation, internet, utility, and other office administration purposes. Thorough due diligence and negotiation of contractual terms will be required to ensure timely and accurate compensation for services rendered, fostering strong and sustainable vendor relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing petty cash transactions, overseeing office asset inventory, ensuring legal and statutory compliance, facilitating staff onboarding processes, managing office inventory, drafting internal communication materials, coordinating travel and hospitality arrangements, overseeing guest house and hotel operations for staff accommodation, leading event management, and maintaining health, safety, and office etiquette standards. Your role will also involve coordinating the opening, closure, and transfer of assets between project operation sites, involving multiple stakeholders in the organization. Overall, your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of office operations.,
