Administrator

As the Temple Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the workplace. Your role will involve supervising administrative staff, providing support in their development, scheduling, and performance. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and office infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with vendors for procurement of temple supplies, equipment, and services while emphasizing cost-efficiency and quality. You will be expected to develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and organizational standards. Maintaining records related to assets, licenses, contracts, and temple-related agreements will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in monitoring and controlling temple budgets and administrative expenditures, as well as providing support in organizing events, meetings, and other temple functions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for managing teams and coordinating across departments. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administration or facility management tools is expected. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and efficiently handle unexpected challenges will be critical in this role. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of statutory compliance, office policies, and administrative procedures is desirable for success in this position.,
