Job Description

· Manage Office Administration, Travel and Facility Management at HO and other sites as per policy. SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage.

· Negotiation of corporate rates to ensure cost savings on Travel, Hotel, Printing & Stationery, Courier services and other admin budget heads

· Manage events in the company related to meetings, training workshops and conferences for directors, management and employees - in office or outside as per best rates

· Adhere to financial budgets and admin policies vis-à-vis grade, entitlement and policies

· Review of utility invoices, follow up with vendors / departments / offices for issuance of invoices, liaise with them for any discrepancies / changes in ownership

· Adherence to Quality, Safety, Ethics and Integrity standards of the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
