As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing and executing all email campaigns. This includes tasks such as building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, coordinating assets, conducting quality assurance, and managing scheduling. You will support various strategic programs by implementing manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, covering prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails. Your role will involve building target audiences and segments for each message to enhance engagement and revenue performance in alignment with key performance indicator (KPI) goals. Furthermore, you will oversee the email marketing calendar, ensuring it aligns with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders" requirements. Leveraging customer data such as web behavior, you will drive message and content personalization. Collaboration with designers and copywriters will be essential to optimize email creative and template structure based on industry best practices. Constantly staying abreast of email marketing trends and strategies from global brands will be part of your responsibilities, as you seek insights on best practices and innovative ideas to enhance email marketing tactics. You will be expected to identify opportunities for program enhancement through the adoption of new technologies, tools, partners, trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in managing email marketing programs and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. Detailed knowledge of international email regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR or CASL) is essential. You should be able to demonstrate past work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database. Experience in building email marketing campaigns from scratch, knowledge of SEO/SEM, excellent written communication skills, and strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail are also required for this position.,
