- Compile information on the Customer-wise Purchase Order and the Material dispatched quantity
- Organize PO, Invoices and File as per the File Management System- Maintain customer-wise updated invoice statements with current invoice and bills- Create and Maintain records of the Vendors [Supplier and Customers] in the system- Upload GST in the system
- Assist in managing office communication, including answering calls and responding to mails
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events- Provide general administrative support to senior staff and other team members- Help maintain office supplies and inventory- Handle Data entry and ensure accuracy of information
