Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative/Project Coordinator to join our sustainability-focused team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting green building certification processes such as LEED and be proficient in tools relevant to sustainable design documentation. Key Responsibilities: Track and manage LEED credit documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to collect documentation. Maintain organized digital logs and ensure timely submissions for green certifications. Assist with sustainability analysis using tools like Tally, OneClick LCA, Autocase. Support reporting, presentations, and visual documentation for client communication. Collaborate with project managers and sustainability leads to meet project deadlines. Required Skills: Working knowledge of the LEED Credit System (preferred). Proficiency in: >> Forma, Climate Studio, Fenestra Pro >> Tally or OneClick LCA, Autocase >> Revit, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) >> Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desired Candidate Profile: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. 26 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a sustainability or AEC environment. Strong interest in sustainable design, climate action, and green building practices.
