Job Description

Position Title : Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Civil Projects

Location of the position :

Prescribed Experience Range : 10 + Years

Qualification : BE/B.tech Civil

Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans for civil works in SMS and Rolling Mill.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

• Construction & Site Management:

Supervise all civil works, including foundations, structural components, and infrastructure development.
Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor subcontractors and vendors for timely execution and compliance.

• Quality Control & Assurance:

Implement quality checks and inspections as per project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct site audits and resolve technical issues to maintain construction integrity.

•Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and enforce corrective measures.

• Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Report project progress and challenges to senior management.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, compliance records, and as-built drawings.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
