Experience with greenfield/brownfield projects is desirable
• Plan, schedule, and monitor civil construction activities including foundations, structures, roads, drainage, and utilities within the plant.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure work is progressing according to plans, specifications, and safety norms.
• Conduct daily/weekly reviews and resolve any civil execution issues in coordination with contractors and consultants.
• Supervise contractors' performance, monitor productivity, and ensure proper deployment of manpower and machinery.
• Validate bills and measurements for civil contractors and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), quality logs, and material tracking reports.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and presentation decks for management reviews.
• Implement quality assurance plans and checklists; conduct inspections and audits as per IS codes and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations related to civil construction.
