The role requires strong hands-on expertise in CNC machines, utilities, and industrial electrical systems, ensuring smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.  

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute electrical maintenance of CNC/lathe machines, milling (4th axis), welding & drilling support equipment. Handle motors, VFDs, DG sets, transformers, EOT cranes, forklifts & hydra cranes. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot breakdowns, minimize downtime, and ensure plant efficiency. Ensure electrical safety compliance, load management, and adherence to standards. Supervise technicians, provide technical guidance, and manage spare parts inventory. Coordinate with production teams for timely support.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. 5–10 years’ experience in electrical maintenance at manufacturing/industrial sites. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, motors, VFDs, utilities, and heavy electrical systems. Electrical Supervisor Certification Proven background in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & safety compliance. Leadership and team management skills.
