Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Tagore Medical College and Hospital Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Officer to manage and streamline the administrative operations of our medical college and hospital. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling academic administration, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions across college and hospital departments. Ensure compliance with medical council and university regulations, documentation, and inspections. Maintain student and faculty records, and support admission, examination, and affiliation processes. Coordinate with departments for smooth functioning and resolve operational issues. Prepare administrative reports, circulars, and official communications. Liaise with government bodies, accreditation authorities, and affiliating universities. Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance functions. Support the management in policy implementation and audit preparedness. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Business Administration / any relevant field. Proficiency in documentation, and administrative systems. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with NMC/NABH/NIRF/NAAC guidelines is a strong advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
