Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Executive to join our team on-site in Mumbai. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks including providing executive administrative assistance, handling general administrative duties, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role involves maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• General Administration and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in the diamond or luxury goods industry is a plus
