Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


YOU'RE GOOD AT •Performing successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment• Interpreting rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with company's values and culture• Working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization• Understanding and managing complex reporting relationships


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) •A graduate degree•4 + years of work experience from a professional services, hospitality or multi-national company background. Administrative experience would be an added advantage•Excellent oral and written English language communication skills•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Shift Timings : 7.30 am - 4.30 pm ; 12.30 pm - 9.30 pm (one side pick and drop available)
