Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will involve providing senior level managers with support, serving as a subject matter expert for administrative tasks, and training the remote team. You will also be responsible for offering first level support and resolving issues for managers and remote teams. To excel in this position, you should be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and demonstrate a proactive nature. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact and escalation for assigned service line and/or location for administrative services - Support Executive Committee/Leadership (CXO level) with a focus on specific services - Develop expertise within specific service business lines to offer support to senior leadership - Manage the request queue for the service line/location with the remote team - Delegate administrative requests/tasks to assigned assistants while ensuring smooth office operations - Provide feedback from other executive assistants and offer training support to other assigned assistants - Prioritize information flow including calls, contacts, and emails in a timely and accurate manner - Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, internal team social events, and client events - Handle incoming and outgoing post, maintain the client relationship management (CRM) database - Support client needs such as billing, document management, engagement acceptance & set-up - Organize travel arrangements and produce travel itineraries - Offer secretarial and EA support to Managing Directors and the wider team - Manage diary appointments and perform any other necessary tasks for efficient business operations Qualifications Required: - Previous experience working with senior management and managing projects - Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience in a similar field, such as financial services or accountancy - Fast thinking, proactive, and confident in working unsupervised with own initiative - Strong attention to detail, high levels of integrity, clear and professional communication skills - Ability to provide solutions, resolve issues diplomatically, analyze data, and report trends - Capable of handling stress in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and productive while working remotely - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop working relationships quickly, and an affable attitude towards teamwork About Kroll: Join Kroll, the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions, with a nearly century-long legacy of trusted expertise and cutting-edge technology.
