Role Description

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role, based on-site in Bijnor. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating schedules, handling phone calls, maintaining records, and supporting executive-level staff. Other duties may include clerical work and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and maintaining organized records
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
