  • Good experience in handling all verticals infacilitiessuch as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security Electrical, plumbing etc.
  • Should be flexible to work schedules and travel between various locations in Chennai.
  • Good Negotiation skills, Should have knowledge in R&M and manage the team, set goals, evaluate performance, generate relevant reports.
  • To be able to support basic upkeep, Operation & maintenance, HVAC,housekeeping, electrical/plumbing works, A to Z household requirements, Renovation, BSNL, supervision of laborers / hk team, carpentry, logistics management, security checking etc.
