Job Description:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily hospital operations, including clinical, administrative, and support services to ensure efficient workflow.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic goals in line with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate department heads, support staff, and medical personnel; ensure adequate staffing and professional development.
• Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage hospital budgets, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hospital adheres to local, state, and national health regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
• Patient Experience Management: Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to improve service quality and care standards.
• Vendor & Facility Management: Oversee contracts, procurement, inventory, and maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment.
• Health Information Management: Ensure proper documentation, patient records, data security, and coordination with IT systems for efficiency.
• Emergency Planning: Develop and update protocols for emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and infection control.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Lead quality assurance programs and implement initiatives to enhance hospital performance and outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
