Job Description

Office Operations: Overseeing daily office functions, managing office supplies, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.  Communication: Handling external correspondence (emails, calls) and facilitating internal communication flow between departments and staff.  Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing travel arrangements.  Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing accurate files, documents, and administrative databases.  Financial Administration: Processing invoices and purchase orders, assisting with budget oversight, and managing expenses.  HR Support: Assisting with HR processes such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and administering benefits.  Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.  Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.  Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve administrative workflows and overall organizational efficiency.
