Admin Roles and Responsibilities – Kireeti GroupOffice Management: Maintain day-to-day office operations, supplies, and cleanliness. Facility Coordination: Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Attendance & Leave Tracking: Monitor employee attendance and coordinate with HR for leave records. Asset Management: Maintain records of office equipment, furniture, and IT assets. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and services. Support for Events/Meetings: Arrange logistics for internal meetings, training sessions, and company events. Courier & Stationery Handling: Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and inventory of office stationery. Travel Arrangements: Book flights, transport, and accommodation for staff and MD sir. Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety, hygiene, and compliance with office regulations. Coordination with Departments: Assist other departments with required administrative support.
