Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Organizing, storing, and retrieving both physical and digital files to ensure effective file management and smooth daily operations
Managing and maintaining documents with proper categorization, version control, and accessibility, while adhering to data confidentiality and company standards
Utilizing MS Excel for record maintenance, data tracking, report generation, and administrative tasks using advanced features like formulas, pivot tables, and filters
Ensuring all documentation is accurate, regularly updated, and systematically archived for future reference and compliance audits
Supporting teams by maintaining well-structured documentation and contributing to overall operational efficiency
