Job Description

Role Overview: As an intern at Expansive Solutions, your role will involve handling various office administration tasks. You will be responsible for supervising housekeeping, maintenance, paper filing, attendance, timesheet management, expense vouchers processing, and travel bookings. Additionally, you will liaise with external vendors and service providers such as chartered accountants, company secretaries, contract workers, telephone & broadband service providers, landlords, and graphic designers. You will also assist your manager with schedule management by making calls, booking appointments, and maintaining compliance calendars. Moreover, you will support in organizing company events and providing assistance to team members whenever required.
