Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Procurement:

    • Manage the purchase and distribution of office furniture and supplies (e.g., chairs, tables, visiting cards, office SIM cards).
  • Office Space Booking:

    • Coordinate bookings for office space at 91 Springboard and other locations.
  • Travel and Logistics:

    • Handle visa processes, ticket bookings, and hotel reservations.
  • Facilities Management:

    • Oversee pest control services, maintenance of office assets (AC, water purifiers, fire extinguishers), and manage Office Rent Agreements.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

    • Prepare welcome kits for new joiners.
    • Organize exit cakes and farewell arrangements for departing employees.
  • Employee Engagement:

    • Draft and send emails for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other employee milestones.
    • Organize and coordinate office activities and operations.
  • Database and Inventory Management:

    • Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and inventories.
