Job Description

Job Role

To oversee and manage all administrative, facility, transport, and canteen-related activities during the setup and operational phases of the Greenfield project at Dahej, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.

1. Transport Management

  • Manage staff and contractor transport facilities for site and plant operations.
  • Coordinate vehicle scheduling, vendor management, and fuel/maintenance records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and vehicle documentation.

2. Canteen Management

  • Oversee daily canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate meal planning and cost control with the canteen contractor.
  • Conduct regular inspections and feedback sessions with employees.

3. Facility & Site Administration

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and utility services during the construction and commissioning phases.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, guesthouse, and site facilities.
  • Monitor consumables, stationery, and administrative expense control.

4. General Administration

  • Support all administrative functions during the Greenfield project phase.
  • Liaise with local authorities and vendors for statutory and utility services.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping related to admin operations.
  • Support the project team in logistics, accommodation, and event coordination.

5. Greenfield Project Support

  • Coordinate with project and HR teams for site setup requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding of new staff and their basic facility arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project phase to operational phase.
