Job Summary:

The General Administration & Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company. The role involves ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with departments, supporting procurement, facility management, vendor coordination, and assisting management in implementing operational policies and procedures.

Role- General Administration & Operations Executive

1.            Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

2.            Source new suppliers, obtain quotations, and evaluate vendor performance.

3.            Coordinate with internal teams for product development and packaging improvements.

4.            Assist in sampling, product trials, and documentation related to new product launches.

5.            Support in preparing and conducting product training sessions for staff and clients.

6.            Develop and update product training modules and presentation materials.

7.            Maintain records and assist in statutory documentation and compliance requirements.

8.            Coordinate with marketing teams for exhibitions, promotional events, and campaigns.

9.            Handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and marketing material preparation.

10.          Provide regular updates and reports to management on procurement, development, and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  •              Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  •              2–5 years of experience in administration and operations (preferably in manufacturing or service industry).
  •              Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  •              Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  •              Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  •              Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and basic accounting is an added advantage.
