Position Overview

Executive - Administration & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support

  • Assist in HR operations including employee documentation, onboarding, and internal coordination
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and other basic HR documentation
  • Support HR and employee engagement initiatives

Administration & Office Management

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management
  • Manage travel, logistics, vendor coordination, and procurement
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and documentation

Sales & Event Coordination

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
  • Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal and international stakeholders as required

Communication & Reporting

  • Draft professional emails, letters, and reports
  • Support management with data, presentations, and documentation
  • Maintain smooth communication across departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Admin/Operations/HR roles
  • Mandatory: Experience handling international clients or working in an MNC environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, organized, and able to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
