Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams by assisting with route planning and efficiency optimization. Your responsibilities will include supporting scheduling, reporting, and document management for project-related tasks. Additionally, you will be coordinating project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely updates, as well as supporting logistics and resource planning for project execution. Your role will also involve facilitating documentation to ensure flawless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for handling data entry, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, maintaining pilot teams" certifications, ensuring they are up-to-date and on file, will be crucial. In this position, you will be expected to follow up on Quality Issues and assist with data cleanup tasks. Supporting the Ops team in tracking and meeting KPIs will also be part of your role. Ideally, you will be based in APAC with the ability to support teams operating in EMEA time zones. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in administrative support, logistics, or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail, are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-regional setting are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a must, and experience with planning tools such as QGIS, Mapsly, or other route optimization software would be a plus. While working independently, you will be expected to stay aligned with team objectives. Any experience in logistics, supporting operations, the renewable energy sector, or technology-driven industries will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and a Provident Fund. The workdays are Monday to Friday, and the role is based on a UK shift.
