Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Administrator Intern who has recently graduated from college and wants to gain hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure. You will support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networks, routers, firewalls, switches, and ISP connectivity across our offices and remote teams.

What You'll Do

• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support LAN/WAN setup, network monitoring, and ISP coordination.
• Help maintain and upgrade Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint devices.
• Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide basic IT support for internal employees (laptops, access, connectivity).
• Gain exposure to IT security, compliance, and cloud networking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (recent graduate).
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and ISP troubleshooting.
• Exposure to VPNs, Wi-Fi setup, and endpoint management is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
