Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Oversee daily office functions, including managing phone calls, emails, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior management by handling scheduling, correspondence, and employee attendance records.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, contract management, and timely renewals.

Travel & Event Planning

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and organize internal meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports as required, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Communication & IT Coordination

  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments, ensuring information flows efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the IT department for technical support and resolve any technical issues impacting office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Indian compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Location

: Charni Road, Mumbai

Working Hours

: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
