Admin Manager

As an Admin Manager, you are the backbone of site and office operations, ensuring seamless support for managers and employees. Your responsibilities span organizing events and meetings, supporting internal communications, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing essential services like transport, canteen, and visitor experiences. You also coordinate with real estate for renovations and office moves, manage company car fleets, and drive large-scale training initiatives. • Manage transport and canteen services for the site.


• Continuously improve visitor experiences.


• Liaise with and coordinate reception in Admin building


• Ensure high-quality support services (e.g., creche, office equipment).


• Independently handle small projects and administrative processes.


• Act as a key user in selected systems.


• Coordinate with vendors, oversee invoice payments, and support budget planning.


• Support administration support for Leadership team.


• Lead event management and employee engagement initiatives.
