Admin Manager

🚨 We’re Hiring: Admin Manager (Legal & Real Estate) 🚨

📍 Location: Delhi

💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC

🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel across India

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage various agreements, contracts, and MoUs (in Hindi & English).

Handle legal notices, documentation, and responses in coordination with legal counsel.

Maintain records of legal cases, property documents, and court communications.

Assist in property matters, lease agreements, and compliance activities.

Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and law firms.

Review and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents efficiently.

🎓 Education & Experience:

10+ years of experience, preferably in Real Estate & Property Market.

Strong understanding of contracts, legal procedures, and compliance.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.

Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
