Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the security system in the factory and outlet level as per company policy. Your role will also involve managing driver and vehicle-related activities, following the code of conduct, handling wastage according to company policy, organizing trainings, overseeing asset management, managing electricity supply separately or through DG, coordinating canteen management, conducting factory visits, completing monthly and yearly checklists, implementing pest control measures, and managing vendors. - Implement security measures in the factory and outlet as per company policy - Manage driver and vehicle activities efficiently - Adhere to the code of conduct set by the company - Handle wastage according to company guidelines - Organize and conduct necessary trainings - Ensure proper management of assets - Coordinate electricity supply separately or through DG - Manage canteen operations effectively - Conduct regular factory visits - Complete monthly and yearly checklists as required - Implement pest control measures - Oversee vendor management processes Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role within the food industry - Strong understanding of security systems and procedures - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Knowledge of asset management practices - Familiarity with electricity supply management - Experience in canteen operations and management - Ability to conduct thorough inspections and checklists - Knowledge of pest control methods - Proficiency in vendor management,
