Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for an Admin Manager. The Admin Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage staff schedules, coordinate with different departments, and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Responsibilities include handling patient inquiries, maintaining records, managing budgets, and liaising with suppliers. The role also involves supervising housekeeping, security, and other support services to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Qualifications

Experience in administrative management and staff coordination
Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and record-keeping
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a healthcare setup is a plus
