Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Manager located in Delhi, India. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office supplies and facilities, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless workflows, and supervising support staff. Other responsibilities include maintaining organizational records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and streamlining administrative processes to promote efficiency.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee administrative operations effectively
• Proficiency in office software, communication tools, and administrative systems
• Team management and leadership abilities to supervise staff and coordinate with internal teams
• Knowledge of workplace compliance, regulatory norms, and operational best practices
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for improving processes and handling challenges
• Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in administrative or managerial roles is highly advantageous
