Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight: Supervise and manage the administrative team, including administrative assistants and receptionists
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Financial Administration: Assist with budget management and financial reporting, including processing invoices and expense reports
Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Project Coordination: Support and coordinate various projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals
Leadership: Effective in managing and motivating the administrative team. Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
Customer-Focused: Committed to excellent customer service and support
RF Coordination: Responsible for coordinating with Refurbishment team and getting the car refurbished on time with quality as main preference
Qualifications: • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in office management or administrative roles, with prior experience in the automotive or retail sector preferred. • Skills: very good hands on excel skills, strong leadership, sales, and financial management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
