Job Description

Job Title: Service Centre Admin Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure that all service centres operate within prescribed standards through effective facility management, hygiene oversight, and maintenance activities. The role entails preparing and submitting timely reports and presentations, coordinating cleaning and pest control operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and submit

    Service Centre Standardization presentations (PPT)

    to management team prior to established deadlines.
  • Develop and share

    Basic Amenities presentations (PPT)

    with management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Plan, oversee, and monitor

    deep cleaning activities

    across all service centres, ensuring adherence to organizational quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate

    pest control measures

    at all centres in line with health and safety protocols.
  • Supervise all

    facility maintenance activities

    , ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and standardization efforts to support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of facility services.
  • Comply with all applicable internal policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements related to facility management and service centre operations.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of facility management best practices and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and documentation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and locations effectively under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
