Admin Intern – Distribution Office (Pune)

Job Description About the Role: Support end-to-end distribution operations at our Pune office—handling billing, packing, shipping, and inventory—using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Generate and send customer invoices via Zoho Books Follow up on payments and update payment status Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation Packing & Shipping: Prepare and pack orders accurately Liaise with courier partners to schedule pickups and track shipments Troubleshoot delivery or packing issues Zoho Software Management: Maintain stock levels, receipts, and fulfillment in Zoho Inventory Create/manage purchase orders, goods-in and goods-out entries Ensure data integrity across Zoho Books and Inventory Stakeholder Coordination: Work with warehouse staff to optimize packing workflows Communicate with vendors on material receipts and returns Coordinate with Auditors, Legal, and Operations teams for compliance Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in distribution processes and suggest improvements Document SOPs for all distribution activities Requirements Current undergraduate or recent graduate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal & written communication (English & local language) Comfortable learning and using Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Benefits Position: Admin Intern – Distribution Office (Pune) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month Duration: 3 months (with salary review after that) Location: NVRON Distribution Office, Pune (On-site) Job Information Date Opened 05/27/2025 Job Type Full time Industry Pharma Work Experience 0-1 year Salary 15k-20k City Pune City State/Province Maharashtra Country India Zip/Postal Code 411002
