Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
  • Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with organisational standards.

2. Administrative Operations

  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Handle correspondence, communication, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

3. Staff Coordination & Supervision

  • Supervise administrative staff such as receptionists, clerks, and support personnel.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when necessary.
  • Assist HR in on boarding, attendance monitoring, and employee record maintenance.

4. Financial & Budget Support

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of administrative expenses.
  • Handle petty cash, invoices, and vendor payments in coordination with accounts.
  • Track procurement, approve purchase requests, and maintain expense records.

5. Meetings & Event Coordination

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and manage minutes.
  • Coordinate internal events, workshops, training sessions, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage schedules and support senior management with administrative tasks.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit processes.
  • Prepare regular administrative reports for management review.
  • Update systems and procedures to improve workflow efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
