Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Admin & HR Executive to manage a wide range of administrative and human resource activities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth front office operations, coordinating internal teams, handling HR documentation and payroll, managing logistics, and supporting organisational compliance and employee engagement initiatives. Industry Type Nutraceutical Manufacturing. Role Category HR and Admin. Education Qualification bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Key Responsibilities Administrative Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests. Answers questions and addresses complaints. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. Receive letters, packages, etc and distribute them. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc Check, sort and forward emails. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. HR related activities. Keep updated records and files. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc). Coordinating with the logistics team and the technical team. Monitor as an administrator. Inward and Outward (Courier tracking), and also the visitor s details. Samples packing, labelling, MSDS, NON DG, DTDC bookings, international couriers. Stationery Maintenance: Assign to housekeeping members. HR Responsibilities Recruitment Activities (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Telephonic Interview, F2F). Enrolling Offer & Appointment letter. Joining Formalities - personal File creation & Documentation. Company Induction & Orientation. Bio-Metric Elements - Creation & Deletion of users. Background verification of New Joiners. Attendance Maintenance - Leaves, In & Out. Collect data from the new joiners & Procurement of ID Cards. Asset Agreements for new employees. Payroll Processing. Pay slip Creation & Mailing. Training. Enrollment confirmation letters. Performance Management System - Annually. Enrolling in an increment letter. Promotion Letters. Employee Engagement Activities. Statutory Compliance - ESI, PF & PT. Remittance - Return Filing. Medical Insurance. Grievance Handling. Exit Formalities - NOC & Relieving Letter F&F. Environmental Health & Safety. Purchasing - Production, Quality & Microbiology related equipment. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with HRMS/Biometric systems & payroll software. Knowledge of statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT) and labour laws. Experience in office administration and logistics coordination. Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
