Job Description

Handle all government-related registrations, licenses, and renewals (e.g., GST, MSME, PF, ESIC, professional tax, labor department registrations, etc.).
Manage vendor registration and empanelment processes with clients, government portals, and vendor platforms.
Prepare, maintain, and update compliance-related documentation and records.
Coordinate with vendors for agreements, statutory documents, and certifications.
Liaise with government offices, consultants, and auditors for compliance and registrations.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and submitting forms, applications, and reports as required.
Maintain accurate filing (physical & digital) of all registration and compliance documents.
Provide administrative support for office operations, vendor management, and audits.
Track deadlines for renewals, registrations, and compliance submissions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and government norms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in administration, compliance, or vendor registration roles.
Knowledge of government portals, compliance requirements, and vendor empanelment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with corporate compliance, government liaisons, or vendor management.
Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of finance and contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
