Job Description

At SKS Veterinary Hospital, we are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of the hospital. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination
Maintain records, files, registers, and official documents
Assist in employee attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR coordination
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements
Support billing, data entry, and report preparation
Handle internal communication and follow-ups with departments
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and administrative procedures
Assist management with scheduling, documentation, and audits
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and organization of office areas

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
Basic knowledge of HR and office administration
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Experience in hospital or healthcare setup is an added advantage

Working Hours

6 days a week
Shift-based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
