Job Description

Salary & Benefits:

30,000/- per month + Accommodation (During 3 Months Probation)
35,000/- per month + Accommodation (After Confirmation)

good spoken and written English skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office and site administration activities.
Maintain scrap and e-waste inward/outward records and registers.
Draft and handle emails, reports, and documentation in
English
.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
Maintain gate entry logs, vehicle movement records, and material data.
Support compliance and audit documentation related to recycling operations.
Handle inventory, office supplies, petty cash, and vendor bills.
Assist with attendance tracking, staff records, and MIS reporting.
Coordinate accommodation and basic facility management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in administration / plant / site admin (scrap, recycling, or manufacturing preferred).
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Willing to work at
Sonipat location
.
