Job Title: Admin Executive Location: Bhiwandi / Kalyan Age Criteria: 25 – 30 years Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, drafting knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination. Prepare, draft, and manage official letters, emails, and documents. Maintain proper records, files, and documentation. Assist in vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management. Support management with data entry, reports, and MIS preparation as required. Ensure smooth internal communication across departments. Requirements: Male candidates only. Graduate in any stream (mandatory). Age between 25–30 years. Strong drafting and written communication skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be from Bhiwandi or Kalyan. Bike and driving license compulsory. Prior experience in administration will be an added advantage.
