Job Summary: The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end online operations including order processing, return and claim management, procurement coordination, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and purchase returns. The role ensures smooth daily operations across marketplaces and internal systems, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Processing Manage and process customer orders received from online marketplaces and website platforms. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment and dispatch. Ensure timely invoicing, label generation, and shipment tracking updates. Monitor order status to prevent delays and cancellations. 2. Return Management Handle customer and marketplace return requests efficiently. Verify returned goods and update return status in Unicommerce. Maintain proper return logs and reports. 3. Claim Management Raise and track claims related to lost shipments, short deliveries, damages, or marketplace penalties. Follow up with marketplaces/couriers for claim settlements. Maintain claim documentation and reconciliation reports. 4. Procurement Generate purchase orders based on requirement and stock planning. 5. GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Verify goods received against purchase orders and supplier invoices. Ensure accurate inventory updates after receipt. 6. Purchase Return Initiate and manage purchase returns for defective or excess goods. Update system entries and maintain documentation for audit compliance. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.). Proficiency in Excel and order management systems(Unicommerce) Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Analytical mindset for claim and stock reconciliation. Time management and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
