Job Description

You will be joining Bloomingdale International School as a General Administrative Executive in Penamaluru, Andhra Pradesh. Your role will involve assisting the School HOS, Admin Manager, and Administrative Officer in various areas such as facilities, transport, staff accommodation, vendor management, and general administration to ensure the smooth operation of the school. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Transportation:** - Daily tasks include overseeing internal and external transport requirements, supervising bus staff dress code adherence, cleaning buses, and ensuring timely bus schedules. - Addressing bus-related issues through appropriate channels and maintaining transport-related records. - Monthly tasks involve preparing indents for bus repairs, while yearly tasks include assisting in insurance renewals and bus route planning. - **Accommodation:** - Monthly tasks involve maintenance of assets through inventory. - Yearly tasks include arranging accommodation, food, and transport for new staff arrivals. - **Facilities Management:** - **Housekeeping:** Supervising cleanliness in sports areas, parking areas, and outside campus zones. Assisting in summer-related works. - **Security:** Verifying bookings, issuing guest cards. - **Gardening:** Planning monthly gardening schedules, executing daily work schedules. - **Ground Maintenance:** Welcoming players, overseeing swimming pool maintenance, and assisting in sports area upkeep. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate with Administration background. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration and Building Maintenance in educational institutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Office 365, MS Office, Google Docs, and Outlook. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service. - Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters. **Additional Company Details (if present):** You must adhere to the company policy regarding work timings and maintain regular, punctual attendance. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and prior administrative experience is preferred. Please note that any other duties or assignments may be assigned by the Managers and Management Team as required. Your work hours may be extended if assigned tasks are not completed on time.,
