Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for staff.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and maintain records.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in handling travel arrangements, reimbursements, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Ensure office policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
