Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering to support our manufacturing operations and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who understands production workflows and wants to contribute in a cross-functional, coordination-focused role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office and factory administration (vendor follow-ups, consumables, documentation)
• Coordinate with production and quality departments to track and report job progress
• Maintain records of work orders, dispatch schedules, and maintenance logs
• Assist in preparing reports for audits, IATF documents, ISO files, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as needed
• Support purchase, stores, and general facility management when required

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in admin, coordination, or documentation roles in a manufacturing company
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic ERP/Tally systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multi-departmental communication and follow-ups
