BVS Global hiring - Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the management team with administrative tasks and projects.
• Manage and coordinate admin tasks across all office locations.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Communicate with service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality services.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Address and resolve administrative issues promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
• Ensure that all office locations comply with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office admin assistant. Having GCC experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
